Originally from Connecticut, Andy and Chloe turned the page into the next chapter of their life and made the bold decision to acquire their first Florida home in 2021. Both are driven by their desire to bask in the abundant sunshine and breathe in the refreshing sea air.
Having had the pleasure of getting to know Andy and Chloe, I am super grateful that they chose Gulfport as their new home. Their infectious positive energy and zest for embracing all the wonders of life are truly inspiring. It is evident that they have poured their hearts into creating a delightful experience for their guests, inside a welcoming beachy environment that they playfully call 'Andyland'.
During our walkthrough of the house, Andy graciously shared the background stories of numerous decor pieces he handpicked, including the surfboard proudly displayed on the wall. Each item and furniture selection has been deliberately chosen not only for its aesthetic appeal but also to provide guests with the beachy vibe of a Florida home.
Andy's passion for connecting with people became clear during our conversations. At one point, I jokingly suggested that he consider running a Bed & Breakfast for an even closer connection with his guests. I witnessed his honest interest in others and natural ability to make people feel at ease, creating an atmosphere that is relaxing but also super fun! His eagerness to share local insights, recommend hidden gems, and offer guidance on exploring Gulfport further exemplifies his commitment to ensuring his guests have an unforgettable experience.
What truly sets Andy and Chloe apart as remarkable hosts is not only their genuine warmth but also the unwavering passion for living life to the fullest.
