Do you have ideas of how to use the items sent in the snail mail?

Yes! With each kit that changes monthly, I try to create videos of inspo ideas like journal spreads, greeting cards, note cards, mini journals, tags, ephemera and more.

I joined the snail mail. When do I receive my first letter?

Pen Pal Snail Mail is mailed out each month between the 1st and the 5th.

So if you signed up anytime within the month of April, for example, your mail will be sent out between May 1st - May 5th.

Can I gift a snail mail?

Yes, absolutely!

You can subscribe and send monthly mail, but please be sure to set the 'shipping address' to the location you want the mail delivered.

Subscribe monthly or send someone 6 months or 12 months of Pen Pal mail with no recurring subscription.

How do I change my address or cancel my snail mail subscription?

How long is the shipping time?

Snail mail usually takes around 5 days to be delivered via USPS. It is sent between the 1st and 5th of every month and you will be notified via email when it has been sent. There is no tracking with snail mail as it is sent with a 2oz postage stamp.

What do I do with a Pen Pal Adventure Book?

The book is minimally designed so you can get creative.

The book is thin and light for easy mailing to a pen pal if you choose.

You can register your book and follow its travels.

No adventure? No problem...

The book can be used to tell stories of past adventures too! There is one book floating around that is being used to relive stories of Army adventures from overseas in the early 1990's. There is another book floating around that is used by one family to tell the funny stories of an annual camping trip.

No mail? No problem...

If you know you want to play the game but don't want the expense of mailing the book to another player, no problem... just hand it off to someone local. The book doesn't 'need' to be sent by mail. Play with your neighbors, bring it to your next family function or show it off at craft club to find the next player!

How long is shipping time?

I generally get website orders out within 24-48 hours. Shipping has a tracking number and is sent via either USPS or UPS and takes about 5-7 days to arrive within the continental USA.
