Each month, you'll receive an envelope of happy mail with handmade journal supplies, stickers and stories...

You also receive a gentle outdoor challenge. An opportunity for a few moments of screen-free fresh air as a tiny reset for your mind and body. You receive journal prompts and reflection activities.

But it doesn't end there... the tiny envelope in each mailing brings a secret message; the story chapter on parchment paper is an added bonus that allows you to create your own book using recycled materials from home one chapter at a time; AND you are encouraged to send me a note of accountability from your outdoor challenge in exchange for yet another piece of happy mail that contains more goodies!
