Put down your phone. Step outside.
Notice something beautiful
I make it easy to slow down, connect with nature, and create something meaningful.

“Received my snail mail today OMG!! It was stuffed with letters, card, sticker, craft paper I mean you can make a WHOLE page without bringing any of my stuff out. LOVE IT. So happy I was home my heart is filled. And yes I did emerge outside my world and today was a great day to enjoy the sun.”
Inspired by Nature
Hi, I'm Shelly, the creator behind Pen Pal Adventure Book.
From my little creative workspace in Michigan, I design, print, cut, and assemble nature-inspired journaling kits, paper treasures, and snail mail surprises.
What started as a simple idea to encourage people to put down their phones and explore the world around them has grown into a collection of creative experiences meant to be held, written in, shared, and treasured.
Every kit begins with an idea, a little inspiration from nature, and a whole lot of paper.
