Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

PAID SHIPPING:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

FREE SHIPPING:

To keep costs to a minimum, we ship as much as possible in a regular envelope for the cost of a 1oz or 2oz stamp.  Many items that qualify for free shipping are one-of-a-kind, so we offer a shipping upgrade if you prefer to get a tracking number.
